It doesn't have to be that way. When we know what's coming, we can meet it ready, and we can meet it together.

More than half of young women enter the workforce already behind on financial literacy and confidence.
For every €1 a man earns, a woman doing the same work takes home €0.85, a gap that starts on day one.
1 in 4 women face a fertility or health challenge during this stage that comes with a real financial cost.
The pay and progression lost around motherhood adds up to the equivalent of 16 years of income over a lifetime.
7.7 million women across Europe step back from paid work for caregiving, and most never fully catch back up financially.
